Loved the video! And what a great song to go with it! I’ve been formulating a plan to lose weight I’ve been struggling with my whole life. I’m 20 years old, and I’m not obese or super fat, but I’ve never had that lean, trim, cut body that I’ve always wanted. This video is another tool I’m going to use for my motivation. there is no feeling than the one you get when you reach your weight goal, I did it, i went from 260 to 128 and i feel amazing about my self, not conceded but better about my image. and you tube helped motivate me THANKS FOR POSTING!!!

wicked video, i love all the biggest loser photos. i just watched biggest loser where are they now, and they showed the winner from one of the first seasons, you have him pictured at 1:32, and he’s gained almost all of the weight back, just goes to show you, the real battle is maintaining.
