I’m gonna try this one out and see for myself. From Nov. 17 to Dec. 14 this year, I’ve lost 21lbs. (209 to 188) just by running/jogging/walking and lifting dumbbells for 1 hour everyday (plus controlling my diet, of course). I weigh 190lbs. as I speak…hopefully this exercise will help me lose more and stay fit! =)

this excercise does work i would recomend it to any one i weighed 185 but now i weigh 180

DAMN! As soon as I finished the work out I was dripping in sweat. It didn’t take long either! It’s just really intense! After doing this 3 times a day, 3 times a week, I have no doubts you’ll lose weight FAST.
