It’s July 7th and I wished to comment on how exceptionally well I am doing after implementing your advice. Thank you again and I’ll be in touch to report my progress.
Thank you for this post. It’s July 5th, I have already began implementing your advice and plan on doing it for the next 21 days. I’ll report back on my success. One question though- how often do I need to visualize the scale and say the affirmations throughout the day. Perhaps several times per day?

negative calorie foods require more calories to breakdown and digest than the actual food contains.
Vegetables: Asparagus, beets , broccoli, cabbage (green), carrots, cauliflower, celery , chicory chili peppers, cucumbers, endive, garlic, lettuce , onions, spinach, turnip, zucchini
Fruit: Apples, cranberries, grapes, lemons, mangos, oranges, papayas, pinapples, raspberries Strawberries, tangerines

eat more then 6 times per day but only eat vegetable and fruit cz the more you eat the more you burn calories .. and drink water its good for your body to burn calories faster but warning : don’t eat fast foot or sweets or beards or anything that contain fat

i live in canada most people out here dont eat breakfast fro me i dont eat any meal other then supper which is probably like a bowl of noodles and thats it all you have to do is not eat so much and thats how you lose weight fast. most people in canada are anerexic and we cant deny it so all you have to do is not eat works for me all the time

I am home from a trip to Ohio. American people are just pigs with food. They eat ALL THE TIME. They can’t stop having something in they mouth. And they are so fucking retarded about food.

Stop every junk food. Stop eating industrial sugar, butter, bred and stop snacking. Do not fry your food. ONLY 3 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, (one little fruit snack) and dinner. THAT’S IT
