    Splenda is a natrual derivitive from sugar. Thanks for the suggestion though, I will look into it though. Thanks, Amber

    Great video, Amber! :) You give some great tips here! I used to skip meals before special occasions and it makes a HUGE difference in how you deal with food at the party.

    Another tip is to make a new “tradition” on holidays. Go for a walk or go outside and do something active (touch football or soccer anyone?) after your meal instead of just sitting down in front of the TV or talking around the table (munching). Your family will thank you! :)

    the volume of your videos is very low (whereas the volume of the WLL intro music is very loud), maybe you can technically work on this? In my editing program, I can change the audio volume of the several footages I use individually, so I try to adjust all the audio parts to the same volume level.
    Apart from the volume: your videos are definetely worth watching, thanks!!!
