Here’s Ernie as the lisping, half-soused poet laureate, Percy Dovetonsils. This also appears to have a clue segment to Ernie’s self-described quiz show “Take a Good Look”. Also included in this clip is a blackout segment featuring Jolene Brand.

    Kovacs was great. He never went for the obvious ***. He expected his audience to think its way to hilarity, which I, personally, find very flattering.

    Thanks for these Percy clips. For the longest time there was only one Percy clip on You Tube.
