How about mixing 2 cups of tea, 2 tea spoon of honey and 2 tea spoon of apple cider vinegar?
Very tasty and loos weight.

Sorry she said before lunch OR Dinner…However, another site said before each meal. I would think it’s safe to try it once or twice a day only.
