Fast food, processed food, and lack of sufficient movement is people have problems with weight. It’s up to us to educate ourselves about what the food manufacturers are doing to our food to cause so many of us to become overweight. Many people don’t realize that people in foreign countries are more active but when they move here, they begin to have weight problems too. Our portions are oversized and we really need to take charge of our own health.

Your hair looks gorgeous! I didn’t know they bleached there. I wondered how they stay so small. I thought it was the way they eat there, not that they’re dieting. Keep those videos coming, I really like watching them.

You are too much! When you smile it gives me chills. Imma stop watching your videos. I’m actually feeling jealous, hearing you will be making out with your boyfriend, looking at your lovely lips. By the way, black soap usually features shea butter, which is from a fruit tree. I don’t think its herbal. Best wishes to you. i’ll get over my little crush :(

That’s really . . . I don’t know the word . . . But very interesting, I guess. I do like how that operation/idea/value works. I think living a healthy lifestyle is important, that idealistic claims DO interfere with society and the rest of the world. Japanese people are known to do a lot of things, and we don’t know why. But we’re not trying to exclude them, I don’t think. They’re great with technology, intellect, and have they’re own type of fashion, importantly enough.

, so it didnt rly matter howmuch they bleached they stayed grayish white , and i just couldnt understand why they would walk around with a face like that instead of their own healthy undamaged or burned from chemical natural skin , its hard to make some asians understand that beauty is not in the skin color , and some darker skinned people get treatened different and thats just too strange for me to understand.
    Sorry for my crappy english.

Your view on the fad dieting craze that rushes though Japan is extremely accurate. I didn’t know about the skin bleaching ingredients in so many products though. :O

There are a considerable percentage of those who do have eating disorders with in Japan. I have done plenty of research on this matter. The societal pressure to be thin is high in many countries and in Japan it can be immense.
