Best Diet Plan for Weight Loss

People ask me for advice with a “diet” plan here I will tell you what I think the best plan is………

    Wow! Im going to refer this to my diet obsess partner. Nearly 2 years of his dieting and he has put on more weight than ever..

    You’re absolutely right about the variety of plans. If one plan worked for everyone, then everyone would do it and be skinny.

    that’s so important to consider this a lifestyle plan instead of diet. diet is so temporary.

    i totally agree about the cake. you hit the nail on the head. it’s also about the decisions we make on a day to day basis. making more efficient decisions means more efficient weight loss.

    Unfortunately it takes most of us years to realize what you just realized. Some never realize it at all!
    I have my OWN program and no matter how many people are trying to convince me to do one thing or another… now I know… I have to do my own thing! I might listen to someone’s advice, I might even try it… but if it doesn’t work (no matter how many people swear on it) I won’t do it. Love this vid! Great message!

    I agree with you 100%. I have finally realized that I am doing what works for me and that is why I am losing weight.
