I&#039;ve seen many people lose weight on the Atkins diet, so it works, but few were able to maintain it and gained the weight back. Like all things, has it&#039;s ups and downs.</description>

		<description>I have combined low carb with calorie counting and lost over 68 lbs so far this year. As said before it is amazing how satisfied you feel even though you eat less calories (I actually only eat about 1/4 ofthe calories that I used to).</description>
