Ayds was just some diet candy with an unfortunate name, while AIDS is responsible for the death of many. It's far more likely that Ayds will be forgotten by the majority while AIDS, if it's ever cured, will probably end up being vital to future medical research. Of course, this ad will still be darkly hilarious to those who still know/find out about it, but a diet candy won't ever overshadow a terminal STD. Not really.
