Add Exercise To Your Daily Routine
A few small changes to your daily routine and you’ll be doing more exercise, burning calories, and losing the inches, without even knowing it. Try these ideas:
- Instead of sleeping in on the weekend, find a local hiking path or biking trail. A 2 hour hike, or bike ride, will burn calories and work of the inches.
- Skip the elevators and escalators. Walk the stairs at work or at the mall.
- Purchase a pedometer. It’s a great way to track your steps and calories burned. You may be surprised at how many miles of walking you do in a day.
- Find the parking spot the furthest away from the entrance to your workplace. Those additional steps will help burn calories.
