    I am very happy for you!!! I transitioned to a vegetarian diet and my weight changed as well. I am VERY excited to see other sistas living a vegetarian lifestyle.

    If someone doesn’t want to fully give up meat, giving up beef & pork would suffice.

    I stumbled upon your page yesterday looking for natural hair care tips and surprisingly found myself inspired by your weight loss videos. I recently dropped 33-lbs in 3 months (through lifestyle change and exercise) then fell off the wagon. After watching ALL of your weigh loss videos I found my lost “lifestyle change mojo” again and was up at 5:30am this morning working it out. Thank you for sharing…your channel was just the kick in the **** I needed to get back on track.

    And because she wasn’t lazy and took her behind to the gym and worked it off as well her skin doesn’t look a saggy mess. Because so many people are too lazy to go and really work out their skin will look horrible after they starve it off or get it taken off. Stop being lazy and go work out! And I mean REALLY work out not just “WALK.”

    Thank you for inspiring me. I am in the stages of losing weight and it’s very hard for me because I’ve been fat my whole life and there are a lot of emotions attached to the fat.

    omg…i gained about 50 lbs over my college years and i’m a stress eater too, i used to be 125, i’m not 175 (for my height very overweight) i’m hitting the gym tomorrow for some cardio and try to lose the weight seriously

    You are such a motivation to me! I had lost 40 pounds but gained it back due to stress of my last semester of college. (I’m a stress eater! lol) This video is such an inspiration to me. I’m around 200 and am determined to get down to a healthy weight to be healthy and to be confidant in my own skin. Thank you for this video! :)
